ANTI-PIRACY PROGRAM

It is the policy of M.R.S. not to participate in, or otherwise facilitate, the unauthorized replication or distribution of data by its customers. M.R.S. cooperates with the various governmental agencies and trade organizations responsible for policing the recording and replication industries. M.R.S. may have to provide those agencies and organizations with specific information related to your order, as required.

M.R.S. participates voluntarily in the International Recording Media Association's Anti-Piracy Compliance Program. Therefore, we ask that all our customers submit the forms found below which are appropriate to your need. The best way to have your order processed without delays (due to anti-piracy verification) is to provide all supporting authorization documents along with your order .

ANTI-PIRACY FORMS

CD-ROM Software / Content

1. CD-ROM Input Specifications (FM-05-008)

2. Intellectual Property Rights Form (FM-APC-003)

3. Proof of Distribution Licensing (as required).

This is only required for non-owned software, shareware and freeware products that are licensed/used from another owner of the Intellectual Property Rights. A letter from the owner/author giving permission to utilize the software is required under these circumstances.

Audio

1. CD Audio Mastering Cue Sheet (FM-05-007)

2. Intellectual Property Rights Form (FM-APC-003)

3. Proof of Distribution Licensing (as required).

This is only required if tracks are licensed from another owner of the Intellectual Property Rights. A letter from the owner giving permission to Replicate is required under these circumstances.
If your Audio CD contains MP3 and/or is an Enhanced CD (contains software for computers), the CD-ROM Input Specifications Form (FM-05-008) is also required (see the CD-ROM Software section above)

DVD Video Content

1. DVD Master Input Specifications (FM-05-011)

2. Intellectual Property Rights Form (FM-APC-003)

3. Proof of Distribution Licensing (as required).

This is only required if content is licensed from another owner of the Intellectual Property Rights. A letter from the owner giving permission to Replicate is required under these circumstances.
